Waterbourne Real Estate Advisors evolved as a result of the need for a more flexible, responsive organization in the market, with a business based upon relationships that extends far beyond that of traditional brokerage houses.  The company is comprised of a group of professionals with a keen understanding of the issues that drive the client's business and an ability to provide creative real estate solutions to support those issues.

James B. Carminati, RPA

As an experienced Real Property Administrator, Mr. Carminati has a broad knowledge of the real estate and construction industry

Mr. Carminati is both President of and a partner in Waterbourne Group.  In this position, he utilizes his extensive and wide-ranging expertise to assist clients with site selection, lease/purchase contract analysis and negotiation, construction advisory and property management services.

Mr. Carminati's vast expertise and special attention to meeting client needs have resulted in the successful signing of lease or purchase agreements for high-level national and multinational companies such as Ashton-Potter USA, Aspire of WNY, Inc (formerly United Cerebral Palsy)., Kaleida Health, Laidlaw Transit, Inc., Monro Muffler and Brake, NationsBanc, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Quest Diagnostics and SmithKline Beecham.

In addition to his achievements in the real estate industry, Mr. Carminati is active in the community as the President of the Aspire of WNY, Inc. Foundation (formerly United Cerebral Palsy), and as a member of the Town of Porter Board of Assessment Review.  He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the Youngstown Yacht Club. 

Mr. Carminati resides in Youngstown, NY with his wife and three sons.

 

 

Anthony M. D'Auria

As Executive Vice President and a partner in Waterbourne Group, Anthony D'Auria is responsible for new business development, tenant/buyer representation and property disposition.  In addition, his extensive industry and market expertise allows him to serve as a key client contact for managing clients' real estate planning processes and formulating effective client solutions.

Active within the community, Mr. D'Auria is Director Emeritus of the Board of Directors of the Erie Community College Foundation.  He recently completed a two-year stint as president and was honored for his leadership by the Board of Trustees.  He is also Vice President of the Board of Directors of Summit Educational Resources, Inc., and is a founding member of the Greater Niagara Frontier Eagle Scout Alumni Association.

In addition, he is past President of the Board of Directors of the Upstate New York Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); a former board member and Vice President of Buffalo/Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives; past President of the Western New York College and University Admissions Consortium. He is also a former member of the Executive Board of the Greater Niagara Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. D'Auria resides in Buffalo, NY with his wife and daughter.

Peter G. Savarino

With nearly 30 years of experience in construction project management, Peter Savarino brings a level of expertise to the Waterbourne team that is unequaled by anyone in the Western New York construction industry.

As Managing Partner, Mr. Savarino is responsible for the day to day operations of Waterbourne Construction Advisors, LLC - a division of Waterbourne Group.

Mr. Savarino started his career in the family business - ADF Construction. As the Senior Project Manager, he helped guide the business to its prominence in the 1980's and 1990's. Most recently, Mr. Savarino worked briefly as a Senior Project Manager for GPS Construction. Some of the more notable building projects he's guided from start to finish include:

Mr. Savarino resides in Orchard Park, NY with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Western New York.

 

 

Trish LiBassi

Trish LiBassi joined Waterbourne Real Estate Advisors in 2002 to concentrate on the Western New York office and retail markets.

Prior to joining Waterbourne, Ms. LiBassi spent eight years with a Buffalo commercial brokerage firm where she specialized in tenant/buyer representation for national and regional retail companies, corporate office users, and non-profit agencies.  In addition, she spent eight years as a construction supervisor for a Western New York developer, overseeing a $6 million residential renovation project as well as coordinating 20 new-build projects in downtown Buffalo.

Ms. LiBassi received her Bachelors Degree in Business and went on to earn a scholarship for her Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Development, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Having had her real estate license since 1984, Ms. LiBassi can also provide clients with In Kind Cost Analysis for properties.

The many clients Ms. LiBassi has represented includes:  New York State United Teachers, Make a Wish Foundation, Subway, Sprint PCS, Digiquick, Child Care Coalition, People, Inc., State Farm Insurance Co., Cricket Communications, HR Block, AAMCO, Rita's Italian Ice, Habitat for Humanity, Bang's Hair Salon and Doodlebugs.  In addition to retail and office clients Ms. LiBassi also represents investment buyers of triple net buildings, apartment complex sellers and purchasers, and large and small investors.

Ms. LiBassi is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Realtors, the Notary Public Association, and was appointed to the Board of Assessment Review. She resides in Clarence, NY.

 

 

Deborah A. Beaudette

Deborah Beaudette is a new member of the Waterbourne team. Deborah was appointed Office Manager in mid 2007 and will be responsible for all administrative functions for both Waterbourne Real Estate Advisors and Waterbourne Construction Advisors.

Prior to joining Waterbourne, Mrs. Beaudette spent 13 years with Washington Mutual Bank located in Southern California working in commercial real estate and construction management. 

She resides in Williamsville, NY with her husband and two children.
